Kenneth Stephen Baumler (born November 4, 1971), better known as Kenny Boag, is an American performer and actor. After starting in 1988 with small roles in film and on television, Kenny was hired by Disney to perform in the Golden Horseshoe Revue at Disneyland Sydney in Australia.

Early life

Kenny was born in Santa Clarita, California to a Austrian-English father and American mother. He is the grand-nephew of Wally Boag, and took his stage name in honor of his grand-uncle.

Career

In 1997, Kenny was returning home from Santa Paula, California where had filmed a minor role in a episode of Big Bad Beetleborgs when he got a call from his uncle Wally asking if he was interested in proposing a revival of the Golden Horseshoe Revue to Disney. Kenny told him he was "slightly interested" but did not think much of it.

Three days later, Kenny and Wally visited Disney Parks headquarters in Lake Buena Vista, Florida where they proposed their revival. Soon afterwards, Michael Eisner took interest and was able to help Kenny out with having a revival of the GHR at the then-upcoming Disneyland Sydney theme park.

In 2000, Kenny debuted the Disneyland Sydney Golden Horseshoe Revue, resurrecting the Pecos Bill/Traveling Salesman character played by Wally. Kenny initially performed alongside Joanne Brodmann (as Slue Foot Sue), the New Australian Ballet (as Slue Foot Sue's Dance Hall Girls), Jimmy MacAskill (as Tiny Taylor), and Vocals of Fire (as the Golden Horseshoe Saloon Singers).
