Kimmy Matsuoka (born and previously known as Kimiko Matsuoka) was a Canadian actress of Japanese ethnicity. Born in Georgina, Ontario to Japanese immigrants from Hiroshima Prefecture, Kimiko began work as an actress in 1980. In 1986, she married Martin Berger and changed her professional name to Kimmy Berger.

On November 20, 2001, Kimmy died in childbirth from complications following a caesarean section. The child she was carrying at the time, Anthony Floyd Berger, was delivered successfully, and friends & family set up a fundraiser to provide for Anthony. Kimmy's last vocal performance was as Butter Otter in PB&J Otter: Our New Neighbors.
