Kondar Ehmetasson was born in Kirkwall, Orkney, Scotland to a Barokian mother and a Swedish father. His father is partially of Pakistani descent.
Kondar grew up in A'dbel, Barokia with his parents. He married Crinijzertsa Ehmetasson, a Thaposia-born Barokian actress and singer.
