Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) rights in El Kadsre are some of the most advanced in the world. Same-sex sexual activity was legalized in the 1950s during the Republic of El Kadsre era and remained legal through the split El Kadsre and Vlokozu Union eras, and in modern El Kadsre homosexual activity has always been a legal act since the day it was founded on March 29, 1989. LGBT people have had the right to seek asylum in El Kadsre under the Geneva Convention since 1992.
