Bankruptcy and revival

On May 30, 1992, Flying Shape Games declared bankruptcy, citing high monthly costs and high development costs, and has been in financial trouble. Electronic Mass Productions, a behemoth in the gaming industry, has purchased the remains of Flying Shape Games. A spokesperson of Electronic Mass said "We are very excited to have acquired the rights to all of Flying Shape Games previously released titles." Therefore, Electronic Mass didn't make a single game related to any of Logan Gray's present-day interests (such as Talking Tom and Sesame Street). On September 29, 1992, Shy Guy Corporation sent a letter to Electronic Mass's parent company, Rocio (not Rovio, the creator of Angry Birds), encouraging Electronic Mass to resurrect Flying Shape Games. On December 12, Electronic Mass Productions revived Flying Shape Games, being owned by Shy Guy Corporation again.
