Louisiana Jazzland (formerly known as Jazzland and Six Flags New Orleans) is a theme park in New Orleans, Louisiana owned by Carwardine Parks. It opened in 2000, and was abandoned for several years after it was seriously damaged by flooding during Hurricane Katrina on August 29, 2005. The park was sold by the Industrial Development Board (IDB) to Carwardine in 2015, who re-opened it in 2018 following a major redevelopment codenamed "Project Jazz".
