Lucasfilm Feature Animation Ltd. LLC was an American animation studio that was a division of Lucasfilm, established by George Lucas, Magnus Hartman and Rex Jones on September 18, 1978. Also known as Lucasfilm Television Animation when working on television animation, the studio is well-known for producing a few of animated feature films that are not affiliated with the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises, but rather with anime and cartoons. There were seven overseas animation studios (Australia, Canada, Denmark, Florida, France, Japan and the UK) that were set up to produce the company's animated television series. As direct-to-video increased in importance, the overseas studios moved to making feature films.

Its first major productions were the animated segment from The Star Wars Holiday Special television film, and the Star Wars anthology series, both of which debuted in late 1970s. In September 2005, Genndy Tartakovsky, known for his contributions to Star Wars: Clone Wars micro-series, accepted a promotion to oversee the development of all future projects. On May 25, 2008, Lucasfilm Feature Animation was absorbed into the similarly-named Lucasfilm Animation.
