MX Three Media Networks (also known for its acronym MX3MN) is an Alexonian commercial broadcaster founded in 2020 after the merger of Mediaworks TV (founded in 1988 as TV3 Limited) and Alexia MX Media (founded in 1995 as Alexia Metropolitan TV).

History

TV3 Limited was founded in 1988 by the Naitsuma family as the TV3's new holding company, and later founded other channels like Canal+, C12 (now TWELVE), and SBS (a joint-venture with the australian broadcaster of the same name), and by 1995 Canwest adquired a share on the network. After Canwest sold its share to the original founders The broadcaster was renamed Mediaworks Alexonia by 2006, and became independent.

In 2020 MW Alexonia Television was sold to Alexia MX Media, and later selling TV Six to Discovery Networks AN (now Six WBD Media)

As AMX Media

In 1995 BSkyB sold Sky One's terrestrial feed to the newly formed Alexia Metropolitan Television, wich on the same year founded Alexia MXTV, Alexonia's first multicultural broadcast channel. The Network opted for a more multicultural focus, specially with Japanese, chinese, spanish and asian content, plus canadian series from CityTV Canada.
