The Vlokozuian unit of Magnetic Video, also known as Magnetic Vlokozu Video was established in 1975 as the division of the Magnetic Video Corporation. It was the first-ever company to release theatrical films on VHS and Betamax in the Vlokozu Union. Magnetic Vlokozu Video made exclusive deals with Viva, Inc, Regal Group Network and El TV Kadsre Television Network to distribute its film library on home video. In 1979, Magnetic Vlokozu Video was acquired by Viva and it was later rebranded into Viva Video two years later.
