Mindelin Cyneburg Kemper (born 29 February 1992), better known by her stage name Mindy Kemper, is a Magisterian actress, comedienne and drummer who is best known by her hit film "Option to Kill". She has featured multiple times in Forbes Celebrity 100 list.

Born and raised in Frenchelle, a town in the Louvière state. Kemper aspired to be an actress from a young age and first appeared on stage in an off-broadway play as a child actor. She made her film debut in the horror comedy Saturday Night, the 13th (2005), and gained early recognition for her roles in The Great Supreme Leader (2007), Option to Kill (2008) and Out of My Mind (2010).

Early life

Mindelin Cyneburg Kemper was born on February 29, 1992, in the Frenchelle borough of Louvière. Her father, Sébastien Kemper, is an architect originally from Paris, France. Mindy's mother, Jacqui Statham, a Louvièrean, has worked as a producer. She is the oldest among her siblings, Saigon and Denholm.

She is one of NUM's only students that were born on February 29th. She was a Conservatory of Music graduate in 2010.
