Mohammad bin Haji Jusoh (March 14, 1912 - March 25, 1989) is a Stachowiak lawyer, jurist, orchestral conductor, musical director emeritus and photographer who served as the Chief Justice of El Kadsre (then Vlokozu Union) from 1984 until his assasination with Michael Vlokozu in 1989. He is one of the leaders who wanted Vlokozu Union to not join on any alliances and established a "Pure Neutrality Act" in 1984. Before his tenure as Chief Justices, he was a lawyer who heroically condemned Kouki Minami's acts.
Mohammad bin Haji Jusoh was one of the last descendents of the primitive tribeless, nomadic family of the Luzon (now part of the Philippines, claimed to originated on area that is known today as Sarrat), since 67,000 years ago after a scientific and DNA research in New Taipei (fictional city) in 1991, as his acts were different to the mainstream El Kadsreian (then Vlokian) politics and so rumours spreaded on all Vlokian politicians - calling him mythic and legendary, while science proved that his lineage is simply because of refusal to pick sides and to settle a permanent tribe. He was shot literally in March 25, 1989 by Tuanku Hukina's issue David Hukina after his refusal to accept rumours. He was a respected Vlokian leaders not out of violence and war, but with strong leadership and neutrality power.
Mohammad bin Haji Jusoh is a utopianist, and was one of the top 100 influental peoples in the history of El Kadsre.

Judicial Career[]
Earlier years[]
Mohammad bin Haji Jusoh entered the Supreme Court of El Kadsre as a lawyer in 1940, and sentenced a Japanese antisemitic war general Tomiyuki Mizuhama (1909-1944) for displacing Tseng-ians into labour in the Tseng-ian homeland or possibly get imported to Auschwitz concentration camp. Tomiyuki was a charismatic but easily defeated bin Mohammad bin Haji Jusoh himself, and he was criticized by both Axis and US as alien but gained support from the Commonwealth and the Swiss Government for his commitment on anti-violence. He is responsible for Lily Frank Tuiasosopo Mangkoedihardjo's 94 briberies that mentioned Hiroshi Kayosu's corruption and dictatorship against civilians. Hiroshi later called him a mythic, mysterious and saint-like, while science claimed that he was scientifically a descendant of tribeless, neutral family of Arito Malays, named the Si Nopal Family. His ancestor was nomadic since 67,000 years ago in Luzon.
Despite that, Mohammad bin Haji Jusoh focused on legal career goals, and had became a lord jurist in 1950. He became the main judge of the Supreme Court of El Kadsre and Georgeland in 1954, and successfully sentenced 2 Kayosist officials after sending threats and mockeries of Hamzah bin Asyari's literatures that praises Michael Vlokozu, more than Hiroshi Kayosu, which causes his children to get beaten by a Kayosist police Nokugi Takashihara. Nokugi Takashihara was later dragged and charged by him by sentencing 6 months in prison and fine of 7.9 million Georgelandic Pounds.
