The Monterey Bay Buccaneers are an American professional minor league ice hockey team in the ECHL that began play in the 2012–13 season. Based in Salinas, California, the team plays its home games at the Salinas Civic Center. They are the ECHL affiliate of the Kansas City Cascades of the National Hockey League (NHL) and the Topeka Titans of the American Hockey League (AHL).
History[]
The team has played at the Salinas Civic Center in Salinas, California for its entire history, and used the Cow Palace in Daly City, within the San Francisco Bay Area, as an alternative venue during the 2015-16 and 2020–21 seasons.
