Mr. Whippy is an El Kadsreian ice cream truck company mainly operating on mainland El Kadsre and operating since 1961. The company mainly uses Whitby Morrison Mondial Lusso vans for it's ice cream trucks, very few of the original Commer Karrier vans are left in the fleet.
Its a localized version of the Britsh company of the same name.
