Mushid Alaqa Muhammad Rahim (born November 17, 1955) is a Barokian politician and is the 14th and current president of Barokia.
Mushid was born on November 17, 1955 in Fusid City. His father, Rahim Maharah Ihramada, was a Barokian businessman who was the founder of the Barokian state-owned Television network, Barokian Broadcast Television. His mother, Tatami Erika Yoko Rahim, was a Japanese-Barokian who worked as a secretary for Barokia's national intelligence agency Ghadurq. Mushid grew up in Fusid City and as well as the town of Khilali and the cities of Xuddek and Orgoz.
As a child, Mushid was teased for being biracial, and ending up being sent to the headmaster's office several times for violently attacking his tormentors. Mushid later attended St. Bernard's Central Catholic High School in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, United States and then the United Nations International School of Fusid City. While attending the United Nations International School of Fusid City, he visited the campaign rallies of top politician Shazool Mukhun Muhammad Jameel, and was inspired to become a politician in his future. He graduated from the Enivarsedya Ala A'dbel with a degree in law.
In 2012, he was elected the President of Barokia, taking over from Abdur Razzaq Chahuán.
In 2015, Mushid announced Barokia's allegiance to the Muslim Alliance for Sexual and Gender Diversity, saying "the religion of peace is not a good excuse for crimes against LGBT people."
