Nasional Kebangsan Barokia (English: National Broadcaster of Barokia; abbreviated as NKB) is the national public broadcaster of Barokia, headquartered at Kotiradio Complex, Fusid City. Established in 1939 as Radio des Indes Belges, it is the first and the oldest broadcaster in the country.
After Barokian independence in 1959, Radio des Indes Belges was renamed Radio Republik Barokia. The organization gained its current name in 1965 when on 22 August of that year, television service in Barokia began. NKB held a monopoly on free-to-air television until 1982, with the launch of SKTV, and on radio until 1986, when City FM began broadcasting. Currently, it operates five television channels and nine national radio networks, as well as an over-the-top streaming service, NKB Lihat.
NKB was previously funded by a television license fee until 1999, since then, it has been funded by the federal tax budget; additional funding comes from advertising revenue on its television channels.
As of 2024, NKB employs over 5,000 staff in total.
