The National Liberal Party is the prominent centre-right to right-wing party in Akliland and spiritual successor to the Conservative Party of Akliland, which collapsed in 1968 following a rise in controversies, war crimes, and internal turmoil. The NLP is one of the leading major parties in Akliland behind the Social Democratic Union, and has elected over 4 prime ministers since its founding.
