Nishita Group (Japanese: 西田) is a Japanese multinational technology conglomerate headquartered in the Nishita Village office complex in Tokyo. The group consists of a number of affiliated businesses, most of which operate under the Nishita brand.
Founded in 1951 by Nishita Hiroyuki, the company was formerly known as Nishita-Tanbo, which operated on the Nishita brand, which focused on electronics, and the Tanbo brand, which focused on food and beverages. After Hiroyuki died, the company was split into Nishita and Tanbo by his two sons, Nishita Kazuo and Nishita Daichi, with the former becoming the CEO of Nishita and the latter becoming the CEO of Tanbo. In the 1980s, Nishita entered into multiple industries, including medical instruments, calculators, information technology and robotics.
