Plot summary[]
An undercover Massachusetts Institute of Technology student named James R. Murphy (Mark Wahlberg) finds himself in the middle of an operation in Colorado managed by Arlo Chandler (Lou Scheimer), an evil terrorist with an evil plan: hacking the Pentagon. Everything goes according to the plan when, suddenly, Murphy's best friend, Tyler Simpson (Christian Bale), is killed with a screwdriver. Looking for revenge, Murphy finally finds Chandler in his secret base located next to New Mexico. After a violent car chase, Chandler dies in an explosion.
