Peter Oldfather (born May 4, 1967) is a Australian guitarist who is a member of the death metal band Nasty Infection. He is one of two remaining members of the original lineup of the band, along with rhythm guitarist Ken Rainforth.
Life and career[]
Oldfather was born in Bargara, Queensland. In 1987, he joined with Joshua Marchioni, Ken Rainforth, Tony Reiner and Nathan Rainforth to create the band Nasty Infection. The band relocated to Tampa, Florida, United States in 1991.
Personal life[]
Oldfather came out as gay in 1999. He currently lives in Venice, Florida with his partner Jacob. He became a U.S. citizen in 2006.
