RGN Holdings, Ltd. is a American-domiciled media company. It is owned by Ramón Borrell Arruabarrena and Nicholas Hedstrom. It is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and headquartered in the Brickell World Plaza in Miami, Florida, United States with offices in the Regal Building in El Kadsre City, El Kadsre.

It was founded in 1994 by Ramón in Guatemala as Borrell Media Enterprises. In 1995, the company moved to Miami, Florida, United States.
In 2014, Borrell Media Enterprises was renamed to RGN America Ltd. and they acquired the rights of RGN's media in the United States.
In January 2019, it was reincorporated
