Richard John Giles (December 27, 1908-July 13, 1967) was a West El Kadsreian politician and civil engineer. He was the one of the major victims of the Operation Verlammen and may have saved Michael Vlokozu's life by moving the briefcase containing the July 13 plot bomb.
