Semi-final 1[]
The First Semi Final of the Rockvision Song Contest took place in 23 September 2025, with 18 contestant countries vying for 10 spots in the final. The host country, the United States, and Ostland, both automatic-qualifiers, were allowed to decide in which Semi-final they will perform, one per Semi, with Ostland deciding to perform in the First and the United States in the Second.
On July 30, Master Rock announced that the additional "Lucky Finalist", which will be the Non-qualifier with the most points (the country who placed 11th in its semi final who got the most points), will still be chosen this year, rising the amount of performing countries in the final to 23. Nevertheless, Master Rock emphasized on that this was temporary and that they were working on a Qualifying system to help other countries access to the final.
Cyprus and Portugal earned their first qualification to the Grand Final, joining Ukraine, Croatia, Greece and India as the only countries to do so in their debut year.
Unlike in the previous edition, it was never announced which country from the First Semi-final was fighting to be the "Lucky Finalist". After the final, Master Rock posted the results of the Second Semi-final and was revealed that Turkey was Portugal's competence for this place. Portugal won by getting the most points, 73, over Turkey, who got 70 points. It is the first time that the "Lucky Finalist" is a country from the First Semi-final.

Grand Final[]
The final took place on 27 September 2025 and was won by Sweden. Ostland, the biggest contributor to the contest, and the host country, the United States, automatically qualified to the final. 23 countries participated in the final, with the 15 non-qualifying participating countries eligible to vote as well. It is the first final since the introduction of the qualifying rounds to feature more than 22 countries, due to the keeping of the "Lucky Finalist", who was introduced in 2024 to raise the amount of finalists to 22 when the host country was Ostland. The reason to mantain this special finalist was due to 'popular demand', according to Master Rock. The running order for the Grand Final was revealed after the Second semi final during a press conference with all the finalists.
