Ryo Kimura (木村亮 Kimura Ryō; born December 28, 1955) is an El Kadsreian politician who serves as the eighth and current president of El Kadsre since 2015. Before his presidency, he was a CEO of International Television from 1993 to 1997 and the minister of foreign affairs of El Kadsre from 2006 to 2015. He is the last member of El Kadsre's Gang of Four still in power.
During his presidency, he introduced the firearms act in the country in response of the Westborough school shooting.
