Second Beat (also known as Second Beat Records or Second Beat A/S) is an independent record label operated internationally, founded in January 17, 1994 by Norwegian producers Kåre Berrefjord and JE-Boy, Guatemalan-Norwegian DJ and producer Dr. Sebastian, El Kadsreian recording artists Ryan Folk and Mitsuomi Ekomoto, and Japanese producer Yukio Toshida.

Sublabels of Second Beat include Second Beat Nashville (based in Nashville, Tennessee), Second Beat Latina (based in Miami, Florida), Second Shred Records, Twelveland Records, and Vicar Records.
