Second Beat (also known as Second Beat Records or Second Beat A/S) is an Norwegian-El Kadsreian-Japanese independent record label operated internationally, founded in January 17, 1994 by Norwegian performer/producer Kåre Berrefjord, El Kadsreian recording artists Ryan Folk, Mitsuomi Ekomoto, and Japanese producer Yukio Toshida.

Sublabels of Second Beat include Second Shred Records, Twelveland, and Vicar Records.
