The 'Seikatsu Media Center' (Japanese: 生活メディアセンター, Hepburn: 'Seikatsu Media Sentā') is the English-language media wing of the Shintoist Province and Scarlet Devil of Team Crimson, based in Kozankyo. It was established in early 2004 by SPASDOT, which produces videos and magazines aimed primarily towards western audiences. They mainly produce their material in English, French, Spanish, German, and Russian.
In July 2004, they began publishing a digital magazine titled Gairai, named after the town of the same name in central Minecraftia Province, in a number of languages. They also published other digital magazines. By early 2008, pretty much all of these magazines except for Gairai had been discontinued after the end of the Minecraftian Civil War with the death of SPASDOT founder Fred Fuchs.
In March of 2009, the US Department of State deemed the media center an alias of SPASDOT, therefore designating them as a foreign terrorist organization.
