'''Sky Attacker''' (Japanese: スカイアタッカー; Hepburn: 'Sukai Atakkā') is a flight-simulator video game developed and released by Forcefield on January 12, 1992, in Japan for the Super Famicom and on March 18, 1992, in North America for the Sega Genesis. Sky Attacker was developed by Shitaki Yokoi, who also developed the StarCore franchise and Soldier Force. The game would receive a sequel, titled Sky Attacker 2: Breezy Battalion in 2008, almost 16 years after the original game's release. The original Sky Attacker was ported to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in 2017 as part of the Forcefield Archives compilation.
The player controls a World War II F-14 class fighter craft as it must make its way to an enemy fortress located on the stage. The player moves down to go up and moves up to go down, much like how actual fighter planes control. The player must shoot down a certain number of enemy craft before heading to the fortress; and if the F-14 does not succeed in completing the task and makes its way to the stage anyway, he/she will be sent back to the beginning of the stage. Each fortress contains a boss that the player must destroy before proceeding to the next stage.

A sequel to the game was released in 2008 for the Xbox 360, titled Sky Attacker 2: Breezy Battalion, and was released almost 20 years after the original title. This game is set as a prequel to the original, taking place in World War I as opposed to World War II. The gameplay remains mostly the same, but the tasks have been changed to being tasks such as acquire a certain number of items or avoid shooting a certain enemy.
Sky Attacker received somewhat positive reviews; Famitsu gave the Super Famicom version a score of 33 out of 40 while Sega Visions rated the Sega Genesis version a 7 out of 10.
