Somsak Wattanasin (Thai: สมศักดิ์ วัฒนสิน; born October 20, 1989 in Stockholm) is a Thai-Swedish songwriter, producer and singer. He rose to prominence after co-writing and producing two major country hits in 2015 - Sam O'Rourke's "Keep the Change" and Venus Perch's "The Sky's Just a Ceiling".

Career[]

At the age of 18, Somsak signed with Warner Chappell Music in Stockholm. In 2010, he graduated from the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California. His first successful songwriting contribution was "Memories", Jenny & Ice-T's song in 2011 under production from Leif & Peter.

Alongside Holmlund and Lundvall and Lloyd Pronger, he co-wrote and produced Sam O'Rourke's 2015 hit "Keep the Change". He also co-wrote and produced Venus Perch's "The Sky's Just a Ceiling" with Petter Jonsson the same year.
