Tímea Dobay (born December 1, 1962) is a Hungarian voice actress who works in the United States.

Dobay, a native of Érd, was introduced to acting through the Hungarian Young Communist League after her church's youth group was forced to merge with them for violating a 1948 ban on all youth organizations. After moving to the United States in 1993, she began working in the fledgling Hungarian dubbing industry of Toledo, Ohio.

In 1999, she married fellow Hungarian-American voice artist János Bartha.
