Grupo Wágner is a Brazilian holding company, owned by CPN Holdings, with Wágner Malyan as CEO. Wágner along with Gianni Panariello, Adalgisa Goulart, and Sérgio Brahm founded Grupo Wágner in 1980 as Comunicações Wágner, for TV series production and ownership of Gravações Wágner and Rede Horizonte. It was renamed Grupo Wágner in 1992 when Wágner began to invest into other fields.

The main holding of Grupo Wágner is Rede Horizonte, one of Brazil's most-watched television networks, along with it's sister channels.

Grupo Wágner is the master franchisee for Hesburger in Brazil (having opened Brazil's first Hesburger in 2004 in São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro), and has opened Hesburger restaurants in all 26 Brazilian states and the Federal District.
  • Pollo Campero Brasil S.A. - Fast-food restaurant chain, Brazilian master franchisee of Guatemala's famous fried chicken restaurant Pollo Campero. The first Brazilian Pollo Campero was opened by Grupo Wágner in 1996 in Rio de Janeiro. Pollo Campero has Brazilian operations in all 26 Brazilian states and the Federal District.
  • Empadinhas Barnabé (former) - Grupo Wágner acquired Empadinhas Barnabé Franchising in 2016, and renamed it to Empadinhas Barnabé-Wágner. However, they would start removing the "Wágner" byline from all restaurants effective March 2022, but they would keep it secret. In August 2022, Grupo Wágner officially announced that Empadinhas Barnabé-Wágner would be spun off into a separate holding called Barnabé International.
