Valencia 1967 (programming master tapes)
1977 (home media)
1984 (over the air signal)
2000 (temporary color strike)
Televisa NTSC Valencia was one of the last countries to get color television. Color TV sets had began selling in the 1960's, however Valencia's only over the air television service at the time (Televis and sister channel Televis 2) could not broadcast in color as their transmitter wasn't permitted to transmit color signals because of its age. However, physical media sold by Televis Home Video was in color, and so were master tapes of Televis programming after 1967. In 1983, Televis' transmitter was replaced with a color one, however the color component was turned off until February 1984.

In 2000 the color component was turned off again as a result of a strike that had occured because of a cut in all employee's paychecks. This lasted for 3 days before color was turned on again.

Funtenia(including current-day Zacken, excluding Fernandia) 2023 Funtime TV PAL-A, NTSC The last country in the world to air exclusively in black and white. Due to the strong dictatorship at the time, the country didn't introduce color television and was still using the inferior System A for monochrome broadcast.

Eventually, after gaining independence on March 22, 2023, the country started its color broadcasts with the PAL-A standard, something that was planned for the UK in the 1960s, but was scrapped in favor of the superior PAL-I broadcast standard. After the transition to democracy on September 29, 2023, the country started simulcasting in NTSC-M. Before that, Zacken, a city that originally belonged to Funtenia, was annexed by Luciania on June 30, 2023, turning into said country's smallest state and therefore starting NTSC simulcasts there.
