The television first set-up as NTSC system. The first commercial TV network was UniNet.
Color television was set-up in October 1967, and fully launching in 1970 nationwide.
Digital television was launched in May 2004 with RDBS-T instead of ATSC or DVB-T and launching a first 3 digital-only channels (UniNet Plus, SuperTwo, XTV). Analog switchover completed in July 2013.
