The Tennessee Pass Central (reporting mark TENN) is a class III railroad operating over the former Union Pacific Tennessee Pass line in Colorado, with trackage rights over portions of the Royal Gorge Route Railroad. It is owned by Genesee & Wyoming, Inc. and has operated since 1998. The Tennessee Pass Central's rail traffic generally consists of coal, lumber products and intermodal containers.

The railway has interchanges with the Union Pacific at certain points along the line. Prior to being purchased by Genesee & Wyoming in 2006, the Tennessee Pass Central was owned by SFG Railway Operations, a division of the Québécois investment firm Seagrounds Financial Group.
