The El Kadsreian version of The Big Channel was created in 1996 by Cartan, It was spun off to Banushen Media Corporation in 2001 after the one in its origin country (Argentina) went defunct.

After the first one was created in Argentina. Cartan decied they wanted to expand into North America but it only reached the El Kadsreian Islands. After Cartan went bankrupt, the channel was acquired by Pramer. When the The Big Channel went defunct in Argentina in 2001. It was spun off as an independent company but was acquired by the Banushen Media Corporation shortly after.
