Thomas Evan Lionheart (born December 7, 1979) is a American musician known for being the rhythm guitarist of Screaming Yellow Players and lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist of PowerSlide.

Life and career

Tommy was born at McKeesport Hospital in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, the son of KQV-TV anchor Joel Lionheart, who is of African-American, Dutch and English ancestry, and banker Louise Lionheart, who is of Polish, Ukrainian, and Lithuanian ancestry.

After initial commercial success in Germany, the Screaming Yellow Players went on to achieve critical and commercial success in North America throughout the 2000s. In 2001, at the height of the Players' fame, he joined the Dayton, Ohio band PowerSlide after previous lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist Adam Chladek was kicked out for insubordination.
