Tôn Thất Uyên (born August 1, 1973) is a Vietnamese Australian actress with dwarfism. Uyen and her family fled Vietnam as boat people in 1979 and settled in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. She was apart of the comedy performance group Trans-Brisbane Express in the 1990s where she was nicknamed "Little Saigon Gal". She moved to Sydney in 2000 to work for Disneyland Sydney. Among her roles at the park included Baby Bop in Barney's Theatre and Chip in the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade.
