Tooncast is a free-to-air television channel in Kuboia owned by Turner Broadcasting Networks Kuboia. The channel originally launched on 2nd June, 2012 at 12:01 a.m., replacing Boomerang. Alongside the main Tooncast channel, a one-hour timeshift service called Tooncast +1 is also available on some services. Like its Latin American counterpart, the channel does not air any advertisements.

On 1st December, 2017, channel was temporarily closed for two months before relaunching on 26th February, 2018 as a free-to-air channel.

Tooncast is one of the three "new era" Turner children's channels in Kuboia, alongside Boing and Player.
