AEK–AR–Vicnoran Co. Ltd., d/b/a AEK–AR–Vicnoran Group, is a multinational airline holding company with its registered office in Kirato, Raland and its headquarters in El Kadsre City, El Kadsre at El Kadsre City International Airport. It was formed in 2008 after a merger agreement between Air El Kadsre, Air Raland and Vicnoran Airlines, the flag carriers of El Kadsre, Raland and Vicnora, respectively. All three airlines are members of the Oneworld airline alliance. The company is majority-owned by the governments of El Kadsre, Raland and Vicnora. All of it's airlines are Oneworld members, with the exception of Chicago Airlines which isn't a member of any airline alliance and Lechutan Airlines which is a SkyTeam member.
Since its creation, AEK–AR–Vicnoran has expanded its portfolio of operations and brands by purchasing other airlines - including Chicago Airlines (2010), Air Florida (2012), Lechutan Airlines (2014), Swish (2015), and Crystal Air (2018).

Purchase of Air Florida (2012)[]
On September 3, 2012, AEK–AR–Vicnoran agreed to acquire Air Florida from it's minority business enterprise owners, a deal which would increase the company's share of slots at John F. Kennedy International Airport from 45% to 55%. The acquisition was completed on November 17, 2012.
