The University of Saint Touko (Russian: Университет Сент-Токо - Universitet Sent-Toko / Togan: Универстаци Санкте Тоуко - Universtachi Sancte Touko) or known as uSancteTouko or colloquially UTouko is a private Catholic university in Syoransk, Fukawa. It is ran by the Princess as Chancellor, and the Sisters of the Flower of Hope. It is partly owned by the Future Foundation. It is the largest university in the state-wide Fukawa.

In 1965, UTouko was founded as the Syorograd National College, an all-girls school. It was intended to be a communist academy since Greater Enoshima's power that time.

After 1990, the college (that time it was the Syoransk National College) is now ran by Fukawa's governor, and the Sisters of the Flower of Hope, just after Greater Enoshima's dissolvement.

In 2005, the school had a name change, as University of Saint Touko, after it was recognized University by the Governor Kyouko Tamagawa, 4 years after 2001, the canonization of St. Touko II of Syoransk.

School Hymn

The school hymn was adopted since 2005, adopting the same tune as Bayernhymne's.

Alma Mater, standing noble

Blooming in Fukawa's soil

Sons and Daughters stand forever

Rest our peace, in Touko's aid.

May our presence filled with knowledge

Fervor virtue we proclaim;

May Saint Touko cheer in courage

With the flag of brown and red.

In our battles we won't falter

Out of many we shall be

May the flower bloom within us

Hail to thee, Saint Touko dear!

School Uniform

The school uniform was adopted in 1970. The uniform is a brown sailor fuku dress with red tie, while for the boys, it sports the same tops same as the girls, but with black pants.

Note: This uniform that everyone wears is Toko Fukawa's. For the boys, kinda looks like it.
