I'll explain everyone of why XarTario was globalized.

The first reason why he got globalized is because he created a troll account to harass Chebbycraft34 which Blue91233 banned the account from Dream Fiction Wiki. Note: He made another account and ban evaded around his current ban on his other account.

The second reason why he got globalized is because after his other account was banned for vandalizing Chebbycraft34 and his sockpuppets pages on Dream Fiction Wiki, the account had make an anti wiki out of Chebbycraft34 which made Chebbycraft34 very mad and wanted to get the wiki shutdown.

The last reason why he got globalized is because after the account created the wiki, he created content which broke FANDOM's Terms of Service which also mad…

So far, I made the Template:Infobox country for that Wiki and I made a page of my fictional country.
