VBC (Vicnoran Broadcasting Corporation) is the public television channel in Vicnora launched on September 4, 1959. It is the only public state-owned TV channel in Vicnora.

The channel was founded by the Vicnoran government under Vicnora Broadcasting Act. The first airing covers Vicnoran programs, such as Tugaganda Festival, also for international programming.

It lost the monopoly when VTVEN was launched in 1980 founded by Michael Vlokozu three years after the Vlokozu Union took over Vicnora, the same year color broadcasting was launched.

In 1998-2009, El TV Kadsre Television Network ran a ETVKK block on VBC during rented Saturday morning time, with shows dubbed in Vicnoran. The Saturday morning block moved to VTVEN and has since moved to TWO2, however VBC still runs a weekday morning ETVKK block.

In 2016, VBC began broadcasting in 16:9 widescreen format.
