VTC18 is a culture - music - sports - entertainment channel of VTC Digital Television Station and Vietnamese state-owned pay television channel.

History

VTC18 officially began broadcasting at midnight on October 7, 2016, as the second pay TV channel under VTC Digital Television Station. Over the years, VTC18 aired a diverse range of programs, including various shows produced by VTC, VOV, and AVG. The channel also featured an array of feature films sourced from partners like ViewTV, TVBlue, SCTV, and VTC itself.

From January 6, 2018, VTC18 channel was broadcast on MobiTV (now AVG). On June 14, 2019, VTC18 channel was broadcast on K+.

On January 15, 2025, at 12:00 AM GMT+7, VTC18 concluded its broadcast after a notable 15 years on air. This change was part of a broader decision to reorganize and streamline operations, which involved the termination of VTC Digital Television Station's functions. The responsibilities and tasks of VTC18 were officially handed over to Vietnam Television (VTV). The final program aired on VTC18 was a sports news segment titled "VTC18 Now," marking the end of an era for the channel.
