In the country of Vasnon it is tradition for women to camp for a night at the graves of their ancestors once they become adults. It's supposed to be a symbol of compassion and loyalty and it's usually part of a spiritual ritual or festivity that can last for up to a week, to avoid eye contact with a new born baby (except your own) until it is 1 month old. It's supposed to bring good fortune and health, to blindfold the dead. It's supposed to prevent the spirit of the deceased to become attached to this world and for men to create a traditional work of art once they're a certain age. It's supposed to be a symbol of patience and their capability and it's usually part of a larger ceremonial performance that can last for almost a week.
