Viacom/CBS Networks (formerly known as Nickelodeon El Kadsre G.P.) is the El Kadsreian Islands unit of Viacom International Media Networks, and formerly a joint venture between VIMN and CBS Studios International. Borrel sold his stake to El TV Kadsre after he acquired Regal Group Network this May.
