Vince Appleyard (born February 21, 1973) is an American voice actor. Starting out as a voice actor for Central Park Media, he has gone on to work for 4Kids Entertainment, TAJ Productions, Audioworks Producers Group, NYAV Post, and DuArt Film & Video.

Early life and beginnings

Born in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, Vince moved to New York City at the age of 6 with his family. He took acting lessons from Dick Wilson of Mr. Whipple fame - one of Vince's pseudonyms on certain dubs is "George Whipple II" in honor of Wilson.

Vince began working in 1996 as an actor in television commercials and with minor roles in Broadway plays. In 1999, he stopped acting in commercials and Broadway to focus on working for Central Park Media, who employed him part-time as an occasional voice actor.

Further career

In 2005, Vince got his big break when he successfully auditioned for the role of host of the Disney's Saturday Block Party segment The Zone @ DSBP, which aired on the RKO Network nationwide. Co-hosting with Xuxa and assisted by "The Professor" played by Tim Williams, he presented the show for one year, filming in Germany, before being replaced by Abraham Sakho.
