Vincent Swaiui (born May 13, 1965) is a American-Vicnoran voice actor, singer, artist, and animator.

Vincent was born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts in the United States to an American mother from Salt Lake City and a Vicnoran father from Tugaganda. Vincent moved to the Vicnoran Kingdom with his parents when he was 4, and is a dual U.S.-Vicnoran citizen.
