Vlokozuian International Dubbing was a dubbing studio founded by Christopher Berger in 1977 as El TV Kadsre's financial situation got worse. He founded the company to allow the voice acting department's staff to continue getting work.

The company was merged into Power Network in 1988 due to Berger's schedule needing less time managing studios.
