WFTO-FM (103.1 FM, "Salsa 103.1") is a Spanish-language radio station broadcasting salsa music. Licensed to Merrimack, New Hampshire; the station serves the Manchester-Nashua-Concord, New Hampshire area. The station is owned by Entravision Communications. It first began broadcasting in 1968 as WMER-FM. The station's studios are located in the Brady Sullivan Commerce Park in Bedford with it's transmitter located at the south peak of the Uncanoonuc Mountains.
On August 5, 1995, WMER-FM changed their format from brokered programming to conservative talk as WQAV "103.1 America's Voice". On July 11, 2009 at 5 p.m., WQAV changed their format again to salsa music as WFTO-FM "Salsa 103.1" after stunting with a continuous loop of Mocedades' "Eres Tú". America's Voice was moved to 1700 AM.
