West Vicnora is a state in El Kadsre, built from the former western provincial wing of the Vicnoran Kingdom annexed by El Kadsre during the Eight-Day War in 1950.
It is the third largest state in El Kadsre Its capital is Capulco. Due to its huge Vicnoran population, West Vicnora is the only state in El Kadsre to have Vicnoran as on of three official languages.
