Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? is an El Kadsreian television game show which would offer a maximum cash prize of $5,000,000 for answering 15 successive multiple-choice questions of increasing difficulty as a team. The show was originally based on and follows the same general format of the original version of the show from the United Kingdom, and is part of the international Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? franchise.

It was produced by 2waytraffic International (formerly Celador International) and Regal Group Network. The show was first premiered on December 21, 1998 on RGN, replacing reruns of Classic Concentration. The show was first hosted by Peter Zarka, but it was replaced in 2004 by Tom Darzy. The show was later changed to the shuffle format between 2011 and 2016, but it was reverted to the original format by 2016.

It used the same music as the original British version by Keith & Matthew Strachan from 1998 to 2011. It later used the same music as the American version by Jeff Lippencott and Mark T. Williams beginning in 2011.

Based on the British show by David Briggs.
